How does Kearny Mesa's climate affect this service?

Grease-exhaust residue on Convoy restaurant arrays and aircraft-traffic particulate from Montgomery Field perimeter are the two unique local soiling factors.. A good pro accounts for local conditions on every job.
How is soft wash different from regular pressure washing?
Pressure washing is 1,500 to 4,000 psi water blast. Soft wash is under 60 psi with a brush doing most of the work. Pressure washing can crack the anti-reflective coating, force water past the panel seal into the junction box, and void warranties. Soft wash is the only method most manufacturers explicitly permit.
Why deionized water?
DI water has zero dissolved solids. As it dries on the glass it leaves no mineral spots. Tap water in San Diego is hard, it dries to a calcium film that bonds to glass and reduces transmission permanently. The pro carries a truck-mounted DI tank and check ppm before every job.
